• Not redistribute, resell, or otherwise share Platform access or content unless explicitly authorized in writing

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes or should be interpreted as financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or a guarantee of market outcomes.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Market Future AI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary
• The Platform's outputs are not trade instructions, and any resemblance to price movements is purely coincidental or based on pattern recognition methodologies
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, including any trades, strategies, or losses incurred

4. No Warranty

Market Future AI and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Platform availability or uninterrupted access
• Suitability for any financial objective or trading use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Market Future AI, its affiliates, employees, partners, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

You acknowledge that the entire risk arising out of your use of the Platform remains with you.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will yield accurate or profitable outcomes
• Pattern predictions will be correct, repeatable, or timely
• Any feature will meet your trading or financial expectations

The presence of a "forecast" or "pattern" is a historical visual match, not a promise or guarantee of future movement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, visualizations, branding, and proprietary tools available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Market Future AI. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Payment, Trials & Cancellation

If applicable:

• Paid plans will auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the stated terms
• Trial users will be charged only after the free trial period expires unless canceled beforehand
• Exclusive asset access is subject to availability and may require a minimum term

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York, NY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Future AI and its affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
