By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Certain features require an account and a personal access code that unlocks the indicator for a specific asset. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access code confidential. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access code. We may suspend or revoke access codes that are shared or used in violation of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicators for your own personal trading. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the indicators.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) share, resell, or sublicense access; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or (e) use the Services in any way that could harm MarketFuture AI or other users.
The Services, including the indicators, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by MarketFuture AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
MarketFuture AI provides analytical tools and educational content only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Forecasts and past performance are not guarantees of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
The Services rely on and integrate with third-party platforms, including TradingView. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any forecast will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketFuture AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketFuture AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MarketFuture AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
